*New upper and lower deck installation will be occurring between September 9 and September 21, 2025. Any guest booking during that time frame understands there will be workers replacing the decks during their stay. They also understand that they will not be able to use the decks during their stay.

Lower Level

-Private Fire pit, perfect for s’mores or just relaxing!

Guests will be provided with the address of the property, as well as a personalized code for the electronic door lock, 48 hours before arrival. No picking up/dropping off keys necessary! Check out instructions will be sent out after guest arrival.
Check-In: 4:00pm
Check-Out: 10:00am

Hosts will be available via the messenger M-F, from 8am-6pm. Messages sent after hours, or during the weekend, will be replied to as soon as we are able to.

Notes:
-guest will be asked for their email and to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay.
-guest will provide a CC to be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This will just be a hold on the CC, with no charges actually taking place, unless damages are found upon check out.
-Guests will be charged $59 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $3,000 to provide for a worry free stay.
