We are available via chat, M-F, from 8am-6pm. Messages sent outside normal hours of operation will be replied to as soon as we are available.
The Guest will receive the door code and check-in instructions in your inbox at least 48 hours prior to your check in.
Please review the following house rules, and if our property does not sound like a good fit for you, you can cancel and receive a full refund. In the meantime, if you have any further questions.
House Rules:
– By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to not hold the host personally liable for any bodily injury, or personal damage, that occurs, while on the premises.
– No refunds outside the cancellation window. Hosts are not responsible for any illness, injury, death in the family, work related, travel issues, or any other issues that would result in the guest not being able to honor their reservation. We STRONGLY encourage Travel insurance to protect you in these circumstances.
– Quiet time is 10pm
– No parties. If more guests are found, than on the reservation, the guest may be asked to leave without refund.
– Primary guest must be 25 years old, and present at all times.
– No smoking. If signs of smoking are found, a guest may be subject to additional cleaning fees.
– No pets. If a pet is found, the guest may be asked to leave without a refund, and charged an additional pet cleaning fee..
– Guest agrees to not hold host responsible for any perceived “listing inaccuracies”.
