Notes:
-guest will be asked for their email and to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay.
-guest will provide a CC to be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This will just be a hold on the CC, with no charges actually taking place, unless damages are found upon check out.
-Guests will be charged $59 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $3,000 to provide for a worry free stay.
-Primary guest must be 25 years old or older
-Quiet time after 10pm
-No parties
-No smoking
-No Pets allowed
-Guest will be required to sign and return rental agreement, or reservation will be cancelled.
-Security Deposit hold will be placed on guest’s credit card, with no charge occurring, unless proof of damage to the property.
-Any charges to guest credit card will appear as “Renkat Rentals”
